As product marketers, we tend to gravitate towards, well, talking about our product. But the reality is that our customers don’t care about products, they want real solutions to their VERY real problems.

The most successful companies are the ones who empower customers.

They tell a story that paints the customer as the protagonist. They prove that they understand the challenges that customers are facing, and know what’s at stake.

They use their experience to guide customers on the path towards success. And, in the end, help customers succeed.

**Join this PMMnow session as we cover:**

✅ Understanding the customer-centric mindset
✅ Unearth the elements of an effective story
✅ Learn how to develop “feelers” to capture customer insights and develop a feedback loop for your message
✅ Discover pro-tips for determining which customers are most valuable to your business
