Peer groups are an essential part of making the most of your Pro+ membership.

We’re no strangers to the fast-paced nature of product marketing, and we know how isolating it can be for PMMs alongside the difficulty in finding direction.

This is why we made peer groups the centre of the PMA Pro+ membership – to fill the gap by providing a confidential and supportive environment for in-depth discussions and mutual growth.

What happens next?

Shortly after applying, we will invite you to your peer group.

  • Please note that space is very limited, and spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • If we're unable to offer you a spot, we'll add you to the waiting list.

We’re meeting live online monthly, but there will be more frequent touchpoints in between the sessions.

  • Advisory panel: Your group acts as your personal board of directors, offering advice and critical feedback.
  • Facilitated discussions: Each session is crafted for maximum impact, led by a facilitator.
  • Diverse perspectives: Gain unique insights from a variety of viewpoints, enriching your approach to challenges and opportunities.

What can I expect? 

  • Every quarter, we will review the onboarding survey and place suitable peers into a peer group.
  • Monthly async touchpoints with your peer group.
  • Optional monthly workshops to deepen your learning.
  • Monthly virtual meetings with an executive facilitator for one hour (sessions are not recorded to encourage open, candid conversation).
  • Peer groups will collaborate in a private Slack channel for ongoing discussion and support.

Guidelines

  • Attendance is mandatory to maintain group quality.
  • Missing 3 peer group sessions results in removal from the peer group.
  • This space is confidential – what’s shared here stays here.

Our first peer group will be starting in July 2025.
