Prior to founding Ignition, he was an early hire at Rippling where he stood up the Product Marketing function and helped scale the company to $20M in ARR. As a Product Marketing leader everywhere from startups to major brands like PlayStation, Derek has launched over 100 products and his products have generated over $1B in revenue. Now he’s building the platform he wished he had along the way.

Amanda Ellsworth, Sr. Product Marketing Manager at Workiva

Amanda is a Senior Marketing Manager at Workiva. She has great expertise in seasoned marketing and she is a sales professional with experience in B2B and B2C marketing in SaaS. She has also worked in and is passionate about variety of industries such as digital learning, advertizing, financial services, and education spaces.

Hitendar Sethi, Principal Product Marketing Manager, App Modernization at VMware (ex-AWS)

Hiten leads product marketing for App Modernization at VMware. In his prior role, Hiten led product marketing for AI services at AWS, including Amazon Personalize. Hiten also led product marketing for Cloud Migrations and Modern Apps development at AWS, and a Digital Marketing insights and research function for Cisco. He is a published author of white papers and articles on digital transformation, the impact of cloud, and a contributing researcher to two award-winning books on digital disruption.
