Q: If you hadn’t signed up for the PMA Scholar Program, what impact do you think this would’ve had on your product marketing career?

A: “I think I would’ve been left scrambling on the internet for bits of information about what product marketing is, what it’s not, how to do competitive intelligence, how to position a product, and much more; this unstructured way of learning is time-consuming and it doesn’t guarantee that I’ll know enough to be a seasoned product marketer.

“Psychologically, it also affects you, as you’re competing against certified professionals for opportunities. They have more leverage. So, I have truly gotten more value than I expected.”

Advice for prospective scholars

Q: What would be your advice for prospective students who may be considering signing up for the program?
